Workplaces are changing. Working arrangements have been shifting since the pandemic started, and employee expectations around remote work are challenging how we plan our work spaces. How do we continuously refine our workplace strategy and build a company culture that helps people feel they can be productive? How can a digital-first workplace strategy help us to continue to have collegial and collaborative working relationships? How do we adapt our use of digital tools/platforms with our physical spaces (and vice-versa)? In this workshop, participants will learn and discuss principles of digital-first workspaces and how it will work with spatial design.
