Ella is currently based in Singapore and working within the Regional Marketing Team for APAC in the Sports Medicine Franchise at Smith & Nephew.  She has worked at Smith & Nephew for 11 years (including 5 years with Arthrocare who were purchased by S&N).  The last 3 years have been in Singapore, prior to this she was based in the UK and worked in various roles within Sales, Sales Management and Regional Marketing for the EMEA region always within the Sports Medicine franchise.

Saurabh has worked with Smith & Nephew for 3 years now and is based in Singapore leading the medical Education for APAC for SPM, Reconstruction, Trauma, ENT & Advance Wound Management. Saurabh and his team have been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing the new Smith & Nephew Innovation Center in Singapore.

He has been leading the customer experience and digital transformation in medical education with various new initiatives & technology introductions like customer experience mobile applications, VR, simulations, Edu-tech LCMS platform, digital broadcasting studio etc.

Prior to Smith & Nephew he has worked with organizations like Arthrex, McKinsey, Frost & Sullivan as medical technology consultant. Saurabh is a sports medicine professional himself with active member of many prestigious national & international educational societies. He is an avid sports person & fitness enthusiast.
